UPWARD Gallery announces the winners of the Dreams and Artist of the Spring competitions.
The winners were chosen in the following categories Media: Fine Arts, Graphic arts, Digital Painting, Crafts/Mixed Media, and two age categories: Artists: 18-21 and Artists: 22 and over.
The winners of the Dreams, Juried Exhibition and Competition:
1st Places:
Aaron Krone, Kansas, USA ("The Door", Fine Art).
2nd Places:
Olga McNamara , Dublin, Ireland ("Ethereal Pansy Gardens", Fine Art).
3rd Places:
Coma Yank, Russia / Uzbekistan ("Need to wake up", Graphic arts).
Jaclyn Bae, Hoffman Est., IL, USA ("Dream IV", Crafts / Mixed Media).
The winner of the Artist of the Spring, Juried Exhibition and Competition:
Andrea Wohl Keefe, Philadelphia, PA, USA ("Undone 5", 1st Place, Fine Art).
Emma Kapiolani Hughes, Long Beach, USA ("Meat Jesus", 2nd Place, Fine Art).
Justin Scott, Pittsburgh, PA, USA ("Me, Myself, and I", 3rd Place, Fine Art).
Interviews with the first place winners will be published in UPWARD's Quarterly, Spring 2023, as well as on the gallery's website under "Interviews".

1st, 2nd, 3rd place and merit award winners will also be featured in the curated galleries on the website.
All participants can download electronic certificates in their information panels in the "My Works" section of the site (after logging into their account).
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be free to participate with two works in our next competitions.
