UPWARD gallery is the new online platform for painters and artisans, arts professionals of all levels and ages.
UPWARD Gallery is a fully remote company. Our team is all spread out across the world and includes arts professionals with many years of experience in teaching creative disciplines, organizing competitions, artists and masters. 
Our Head Office is located in Georgia. The curator of the project is Ollie Basham.

On our platform, artists can create their own portfolio of exhibition entries that can be used as a stage for the artist to present their best work.

Entering art competitions is a great way to find a new motive for creativity. And a well-deserved award is a good additions to your portfolio.

Publications

Our gallery publishes UPWARD's Quarterly, a print magazine that features interviews with artists participating in our exhibitions and competitions, as well as the best exhibition works.

 

Statement of our gallery

UPWARD Gallery does not sell your art directly, nor does it hold a drawing for cash prizes for participants.
Our goal is to help the artist obtain visible confirmation of his achievements in the form of media recognition and international awards, to acquire evidence of your participation in professional engagements. This, together with other media activities, helps to find a way to public acceptance and the opportunity to do only what you love.
People, including artists, are competitive. This means that we will never stop comparing ourselves with others. Therefore, in our activities, we adhere to the competitive format of our shows as the most effective. Being judged in a show is a way to find out how you stack up. And in the end, to understand for yourself whether you are moving in the right direction or not.
