Mateo Acuña (he/him) is a poet, composer and visual artist. Based in Auburn, Washington, he attends Pacific Lutheran University as a sophomore studying an individualized track that includes art, creative writing, communications, theater and music. He is developing a librettist with Seattle Opera and currently serves on the Washington Youth Arts Leadership board and as Seattle Youth Poet Laureate.
