On 8 February, the results of the competition's expert jury were published.

The winners of the competition were selected in the following nominations Media: Fine art, Crafts / Mixed Media, and two age categories: Artists: 18-21 and Artists: 22 and over.

The winners of the competition were the following artists: Olga McNamara, Dublin, Ireland ("Where dreams come true", Fine art), Lindsay-Ann Chilcott
Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada ("You Are What You Eat​", Crafts / Mixed Media), and Victor Elera, Port Harcourt, Nigeria ("Unshaken Focus​", Fine art, age category: 18-21).

Interviews with first place winners will be published in the UPWARD's Quarterly, Winter 2022-2023, and also on the gallery website in the "Interview" section.

The works of the participants who took 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, as well as those who received Merit Awards, will also be presented in curated galleries on the site.

All participants in the competition can download electronic certificates in their dashboards in the My Artworks section on the site (after logging into account).

The winners of the competition who took 1st, 2nd and 3rd places will be able to take part for free with two artworks in our next competitions.
