Rivers and Bridges
The images of rivers and bridges are invariably reflected in every kind of visual art, where rivers usually symbolize life, freedom, a way and the passage of time. But at the same time rivers can act as an image of the separation of the landscape, where the bridge itself become as a physical, social and emotional connector within the landscape.
What are your metaphors to describe rivers and bridges?
We are excited to introduce the Rivers and Bridges art competition. All artists 18 and older are encouraged to submit their work in any medium, style, and genre.
