Craig is a multi-disciplined artist based in California. As a Sculptor his training and discipline is stone carving, full scope foundry principles to cast bronze, and wood and metal fabrication. Screen printing, collage and digital art are his two dimensional art practices. His formal education in art and art practice has spanned many years. He has a Masters Degree in Humanities with a concentration in Art and has sought to expose himself to different artistic disciplines through travel, academic research and study within museums and other artists. Primarily working in themed collections, he is influenced by histories, cultures, events, experiences and nature, while merging concepts and materials into impactful and thoughtful art. He is a conceptual artist and finds working in multiple media and integrating discarded and found objects within his art allowing him to repurpose materials and build layers around his themes.
