Retired chemical engineer, with no formal training in the arts, switched to creative art photographer. My mission/vision is: "Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be seen." (copyright-Darrell Staggs), and "It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see" - Henry David Thoreau. My photography has been exhibited and published internationally. I have organized and curated two exhibits on the title "Waiting to be Seen" in which I provided my photos to a group of artists who then created their own piece based upon what they Saw in my image. I also invited a group of poets to generate literary art poetry based upon what they saw in the image.
