Elizabeth Montes de Oca is originally from Jalisco, Mexico. She resides in the Yakima Valley, WA. US. She considers herself a multidisciplinary artist, who enjoys exploring different mediums such as origami, drawing, printmaking and painting. Currently, the medium she uses most is Acrylic on canvas, in which she enjoys experimenting with different color mixtures to recreate landscapes, plants that she finds in this area, as well as water reflections in rivers and lakes. The nature we have in Washington State with its beautiful changes of colors throughout the seasons are a great source of inspiration.
