Helena Barbagelata (1991). Multidisciplinary artist, dancer, fashion model, writer and activist. She holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Athens. She has received several artistic awards from the Onassis Foundation, Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Greek Government, Università di Trieste, Universitat de València, Universitat de Barcelona, among others. Member of the Israeli Artist Network (IAN), America-Israel Cultural Foundation (AICF), Society of Jewish Artists (SoJa) and the Organization for the Democratization of the Visual Arts (OBDK). Her works combine painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, video, sound art and printmaking. She held numerous solo and group exhibitions in Europe, Israel, South America, Australia and the United States.
