The acceptance rate for the University in Seoul was competitive, 28.2:1 (total 564: 20); however, Beag luckily got into art school. She applied her skills to teaching in Seoul. She experienced more mediums when she moved to the US, Massachusetts, in 2017. She finished her degree in Tucson, Arizona, after traveling to 23 countries mostly by herself. During her time studying Education and Art therapy, Beag sees individuals as individuals in the Asian closed culture, and this perspective applied to her artwork. As a domestic survivor since 2019, she concentrated on self-portraits with oil paints.
