I explore how science and psychology can reshape the creative path of an artist. Recently I began engaging studies of neuroaesthetics into the creative process of my works. It may come as a surprise to some, but human’s core need for art is not cultural, but rather natural or animalistic. Evolutionary our brains are coded to detect danger in the environment we're in. Brain doesn’t care if environment’s real or fake. So every time the brain notices the "danger", portions of adrenaline and dopamine are being released into your blood stream. As a result, you tend to feel pleased by what you’re seeing. So, If you think you like beautiful you are wrong because you like dangerously beautiful.
