I was born in Massachusetts in 1960 and grew up in Newport, Oregon where I graduated from high school in 1978. After attending Oregon State University in 1978-1979, I returned to the coast and worked as a tree planter and banquet server until 1984 . I went to the University of Oregon from 1984-1987 prior to moving Portland, Oregon in 1988 where I lived until June 2021. I currently live in Bandon, Oregon. I began taking pictures in 2002 and started drawing in 2010. I have had exhibits across Oregon; in Pennsylvania and Texas; and in Ireland and France, Three were solo shows with the most recent being "Brighter Worlds" at Paragon Gallery of Portland Community College in February to March 2020. My most recent exhibition was in the "Around Oregon Annual" at the Arts Center in Corvallis, Oregon from June 2021 to August 2021.
