I am a self-taught artist from Lithuania, currently based in East Horsley, Surrey. Painting gives me great pleasure; I especially enjoy taking a blank canvas and filling it with what my eyes and imagination sees. I try to distil fragments that I like and put them onto the canvas. In my paintings I present my subjects in an abstract and colourful way and my hope is that colours and details will draw the viewer in for a closer look. The subjects that I choose, reflects my interests, passions, and deep appreciation of nature. My work ranges from abstracts to animal portraits to impressionistic themes.
