Results from Monochrome and Liminal Spaces juried exhibitions have been released

On 27 January, the results of the competition's expert jury were published.

The winners of the juried exhibitions were selected in four nomination Media (Fine art, Graphic arts, Digital painting, Crafts / Mixed Media) and two age categories: Artists: 18-21 and Artists: 22 and over.

The winners of the Monochrome juried exhibition were the following artists: Henry Korwald, Germany ("Mutism 01", 1st Place, Fine art), Francesco Puliga ("Stop", 2nd Place, Digital painting), Lynn Jaanz, Australia ("Enchanted Forest", 3rd Place, Fine art).

The Liminal Spaces juried exhibition winners are Francesco Puliga ("Treasure Island", 1st Place, Digital painting), Dalar Alahverdi, USA ("The Studio on Azadi Street", 2nd Place, Fine art), and Keith Ang, Singapore ("Lobbyist", 3rd Place, Fine art).

Interviews with first place winners will be published in a printed edition UPWARD's Quarterly, which is being prepared based on the results of the competitions held on the gallery’s website in the winter of 2022-2023. And also on the gallery website in the "Interview" section.

The works of the participants who took 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, as well as those who received Merit Awards, will also be presented in curated galleries on the site.

All participants in the competitions can download electronic certificates in their dashboards in the My Artworks section on the site (after logging into account).
