Paula Currie is a Texas-born artist specializing in intermedia. Paula developed a love for art at a very young age and has spent her life acquiring and honing new skills in various media. As an artist, she draws upon her life experiences and those of her family for inspiration. Paula graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2023 with a BFA in Art Education. She is currently attending graduate school at the University of Texas Arlington, pursuing an MFA with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026. Paula’s work has been exhibited in several group exhibitions, including: 2025 Gallery Night at Gallery 76102, 2024 Arlington Museum of Art's Annual Juried Exhibition, 2024 Embodiment at TCU Moudy Gallery, 2024 Art Collide, 2024 Woman Exhibition, and 2024 Here and Now International Group Exhibition. She has also recently been published in the 2024 edition of twoOthree: Journal of the Arts and 2024 Global Insight, A Journal of Critical Human Science and Culture
