The act of shaping and molding materials is a deeply satisfying and meditative process, but I have found that geeking out about the materials themselves is too. It allows the me to tap into my creativity in a way that is both physical and spiritual, inquisitive and scientific. Like a chemist, I like to see what a material or object can do, and then try it again in another circumstance. The culmination of years spent working in various materials has driven me to a love for texture and color in a multimedia process.
